Mature trees and seasonal color define this approximately one-acre wooded homesite along the paved private drive of Greyhawke Ridge. Buyers can bring their own builder and plan a home that complements the natural setting. The Greyhawke Woods development received preliminary approval from the Berrien County Health Department in 2005 following a review of soil conditions and water supply, which found conditions suitable for on-site septic systems and wells. Electrical infrastructure is already in place at the site. Indiana Michigan Power provides electric service along Greyhawke Ridge, and SEMCO Energy Gas provides natural gas service along the road. South Bend, Indiana, is approximately a 25-minute drive away, with the University of Notre Dame, Fighting Irish athletics, and the city's cultural and entertainment offerings within reach. Schedule a time to walk the property and experience Greyhawke Ridge firsthand!
