HIGH-PRODUCTIVITY CATTLE RANCH IN THE COLOMBIAN PLAINS – META

Strategic Location

This important cattle ranch is located in the Colombian Plains, accessible via kilometer 106 of the paved road connecting Puerto López and Puerto Gaitán, in the department of Meta. The entrance is via a national highway in excellent condition, near the La Fazenda meatpacking plant, continuing approximately 4.5 kilometers to the property line.

Its prime location places it in one of the country's most developed agro-industrial and livestock regions:

To the north, it borders one of the largest oil palm plantations in the region, which has its own extraction plant.

To the south, it borders the Santa Inés and El Capricho cattle ranches. Just 5 kilometers away are the Guayabal and Machijure ranches, the latter owned by La Fazenda, where over 200,000 pigs are raised and fattened year-round.

To the east, the property is bordered by the Maiciana Creek for approximately 4.5 kilometers, separating it from a new rural development project.

To the west, it has nearly 4 kilometers of frontage on the well-known Yucao River.

The ranch comprises three parcels totaling 1,701 hectares, all fully fenced.

It includes approximately 1,100 hectares of improved pastureland, planted and maintained for the past 27 years for livestock farming. Among the predominant varieties are:
