It has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende from the main level and is just 15 15-minute walk to the Jardin. This location offers privacy and security in a very comfortable setting. Each of the four bedrooms has access to outdoor spaces. There are large and comfortable areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset.

This home has a large swimming pool, wine cellar, and gourmet kitchen next to a large comfortable dining room. Full-time maid and chef who is known for her delicious breads and pastries. Gardener 3 days per week. Pool heating is at the tenant's expense. Privada del Sol has a newly remodeled pickleball court. Rackets are available for your use.

This home is a paradise to stay in! All prices are for the 4-bedroom property. The casita will not be rented independently. Please request prices if you are interested in renting the entire 6 bedrooms.
