The estuary in your backyard
The Estero de Punta Banda is recognized by the RAMSAR Convention as a Wetland of International Importance, with over 104 registered bird species — including migratory birds traveling all the way from the Arctic to South America. The show changes with the seasons and it's always yours.

The house
The main living room features a travertine marble fireplace and three floor-to-ceiling window walls framing the estuary in full panoramic view. Natural light all day long, water always in your line of sight. A fully equipped kitchen with bar connects naturally to the dining area — where the estuary is the permanent backdrop while you share meals and conversation.
Primary bedroom with king bed, second fireplace, walk-in closet, full bathroom with shower and soaking tub, and water views. Second bedroom with queen bed, closet and private bathroom — ideal for long-stay guests. Third bedroom with twin beds, closet and access to the shared bathroom — perfect for additional guests or a home office.

Two-level design
