Christ the Redeemer Forest Garden Cemetery

The Christ the Redeemer Forest Garden Cemetery is a project located in the city of Buena Vista, Santa Cruz Department, just five blocks from the main square, within the urban area. Buena Vista is approximately 100 km north of the city of Santa Cruz and 250 km from Cochabamba, accessible via a dual carriageway.

Project Layout

The cemetery includes different functional areas:

General Entrance Area: This area includes a designated parking space, as well as a chapel and a funeral parlor (to be built).

Area 1 and Area 2 – In-Bed Spaces: The project includes in-ground burial areas, located in natural settings with paths and vegetation. The document details a capacity of 1,905 burial spaces.

Area 3 – Niches: The niche area is designed with modules of 16 horizontal spaces and 6 stories high, generating 96 niches per module. The project includes a total of 1,290 niches to be built.

Area 4 – Mausoleums:
The mausoleum area is located on a small, rising hill overlooking the Amboró Mountains. Fifteen mausoleums are planned, each measuring 5 m x 5 m, equivalent to 25 m² per mausoleum.
