The main house centres around the original thatched rondawel which has been converted into an open plan lounge and dining room with a fireplace. There is an extra bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen with scullery and guest toilet with a shower. A front porch overlooks the garden.

The thatched lapa is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a lounge, dining area and bar opening onto a swimming pool and boma with a wood fired pizza oven. Other buildings include a workshop with a covered carport for five cars, a laundry room and a staff residence with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a shared kitchen and lounge. Water is provided by two boreholes each with a submersible pump. One pump operates from a portable petrol generator and the second is operated from Eskom power. The total pumping capacity is about 2 000 litres per hour. The pumped water is stored in two water tanks with a total volume of 10 000 litres Electricity is provided by Eskom via an overhead transmission system providing three phase power with 70 amps. All wastewater is treated onsite in a septic tank system. There is no landline connection, however there is a satisfactory cell phone signal on all South African networks.
