Everyone, Let me introduce Foxy… as in, she’s a foxy Ladyyyy. Okay, now that the lady with her face in my yard is done being annoying, let me tell you all a few things about me. One of my best qualities: a finished basement (with an office, en suite, and own entrance…so, could easily be used as a MIL quarter, college kid apartment… or, much older than college aged child– apartment… I’m not judging) Other amazing qualities: primary en suite on the main floor, a formal dining/office/flex space, LARGE kitchen, beautiful deck for entertaining, and so much more. I like to work on myself too… so, while you may go work out and eat kale, I have much more important ways of keeping myself on the top of your roster. SUCH AS: New HVAC, New Roof, BRAND NEW FENCE (yeahhh, I’m flexing for that one) and a new garden (my human said I should have peppers ready SOON)!
