The reserve has a set of Homeowner rules that ensures the reserve is held to a good standard and to the enjoyment of all owners, without affecting others negatively. On the reserve there are plains game including kudu, impala, nyala, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra and waterbuck. There is no fencing between properties and game will be seen roaming.
