Vila Viçosa, also known as 'vila-museu' is the land of kings and therefore one of the greatest tourist attractions in the upper Alentejo.On this almost two-hectare plot, you can build your house or submit a project to the council to support the influx of tourists. The existing ruin, once an aviary, is spread over two pavilions and a dwelling with a patio.patio. The 1st pavilion has 768 m2, the 2nd 409 m2 and the dwelling a total area of 53m2.In addition to the construction registered in the booklet, there are two more buildings that, it is assumed, can be registered exponentially increasing the built area.This is a value proposition considering that it has a 360º unobstructed view, that there are no alternatives with this construction capacity and that, being self-sufficient in water, it is also a great suggestion for small productions.
