Covering territory of the Districts of Setúbal and Beja, Herdade do Raco-de-Baixo is located in the urban perimeter of Aldeia das Catifarras, 2 km south of Cercal do Alentejo, 15 km from Vila Nova de Milfontes and 23 km from Porto Covo .On the southern limit of the Municipality of Santiago do Cacém, District of Setúbal, close to São Luís and on the northern limit of the Municipality of Odemira. About 5 minutes from Cercal do Alentejo and close to the beaches of Costa Vicentina and Vila Nova de Milfontes.Herdade do Raco de Baixo is made up of four properties with a total of 192.2778 hectares of varied arable crops where stone pine and cork oak predominate.In the part located in the District of Setúbal, this property has studies for two large development projects for the viability of a Golf Center, or a Solar Park.Project for the Catifarras Golf Center:- Rural Hotel with 80 rooms consisting of: single-family houses; arena; golf center; 18-hole golf course; and helipad.
