Access is gained at kilometer 439 of the Santa Cruz-Trinidad Highway. From Trinidad (kilometer 115), one reaches the community of Puente Caimanes (24 km from San Pablo). Then, one travels 20 km south, crossing the Macovi River to the Jamaica del Sur property, passing by the El Duende property.

The distance from Trinidad to the property is approximately 135 km, and from Santa Cruz, 459 km. The area is used for agriculture and livestock, located in a corridor within the Santa Cruz-Trinidad highway's area of influence.
The property's main activity is agriculture, with 500 hectares of mechanized land dedicated to annual crops such as rice in the summer in low-lying areas with drainage canals, and soybean cultivation during the winter season. These crops were planted between 2017 and 2021. The property also includes 12 hectares of internal roads and drainage canals, a 3-hectare camp, and 1,545.7 hectares of virgin forest. It also features a 60-meter deep drilled well and a 5,000-liter elevated plastic water tank; three fish ponds, each with a capacity of 100 hectares; 6 km of drainage canals, as well as 3 km of internal roads, with an additional 2 km nearing completion.
Main House: It has an area of 8 m x 4 m with a 2.5 m wide gallery on three sides. It is constructed with a cyclopean concrete and brick foundation, brick and ceramic walls, a load-bearing wall structure, a smooth cement and ceramic floor, interior and exterior plastering, and paint. It does not have a suspended ceiling, and the roof is made of fiber cement.
