College Market is for sale not the business. College Market is a beloved piece of local history & has been an active participant in the Old College Neighborhood since the 1940s. Originally a neighborhood grocery store, it was renovated as a coffeehouse/bookstore in 1992, then renovated again in 2013 as a panini cafe & coffeehouse. As a haven for students, professors & neighbors, College Market has been a locus for spirited debate, earnest discussion, concentrated study, game play, poetry, art & music for friends of all ages. The tradition of College Market has always provided a welcome environment & gathering place for generations.
