New office space in shell condition, located in the Potenza Business Center, is the first project of its kind in Villavicencio and the Orinoquia region to obtain LEED international certification. Bioclimatic Design: Its architecture includes a perforated facade and modern geometries designed for energy and water conservation.

Auditorium and Restaurant: The building features an auditorium on the eighth floor with a capacity of over 500 people, equipped with a giant LED screen, sound system, dressing room, and panoramic views. It also offers access to an open-air restaurant surrounded by green spaces.

The building offers parking for visitors and residents, and four panoramic elevators.
