This space extends into the patio, where a large tree becomes the natural focal point that connects the house to its verdant surroundings.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom illuminated by skylights. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and are accessible from both the hallway and the pool area, creating a continuous flow between interior and exterior and enhancing the architectural experience of the project. The staircase leads to the first floor, where two bedrooms share a full bathroom. From their balconies and from the living room or study, you can appreciate the light filtering through the glass roof that covers the pool, creating a unique visual and thermal effect.
The separate and functional kitchen features a skylight, upper cabinets, a bar with a cooktop, sink, built-in oven and refrigerator, as well as a breakfast nook overlooking the patio. It connects to the laundry room and the staircase leading to the basement, where the storage room and pool system are located. The integrated solar water heater assists with water heating.
