Step back in time in historic Pinos Altos with this charming adobe home, originally built in the late 1800s or early 1900s and thoughtfully expanded in the early 2000s. The original kitchen, dining and living areas retain the character of the home. The adobe addition offers two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level, plus a second-story bedroom with a balcony. Enjoy the front porch and beautiful fenced lot, complete with established currant and blackberry bushes, and a former garden area with drip irrigation. A slab intended for a small addition, including a laundry room, is already in place with plumbing stubbed in. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the character and slower pace of Pinos Altos, with room to make this special property your own.
