About Me:
For more than 20 years, Julie has helped people navigate major life transitions as a board-certified music therapist. Today, she brings that same combination of compassion, creativity, and calm to real estate.
Julie understands that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. A move can mark a new beginning, a growing family, a career change, a relocation, an empty nest, or the decision to create a different kind of life. Her goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and more manageable by providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a steady presence from beginning to closing.
Her relationship-first approach is built on trust, mutual respect, consistency, and listening deeply to what matters most to each client. Julie takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, anticipate challenges, and help clients make informed decisions with confidence. By minimizing anxiety, she brings plenty of warmth and humor to the experience. You may even find yourself laughing—or singing—along the way.
Julie is especially passionate about supporting clients through life transitions, including growing families, relocation, upsizing and downsizing, career and lifestyle changes, women buying solo, empty nesters, caregivers, and those simply ready for a new chapter.
An almost-Arizona native—Julie moved from New York to Arizona at age two—she has lived throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area, as well as Flagstaff, and currently resides in the East Valley. Her firsthand experience across the Valley gives her a personal connection to the communities she serves.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northern Arizona University and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Therapy from Arizona State University, with a cognate in Counseling and Social Gerontology. Her additional training includes drum circle facilitation, sound healing practices, therapeutic art, animal-assisted therapy, trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, and cultural competence.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime home, relocating, or simply ready for a change, Julie is here to help you find your rhythm and compose your next move.
New tune. New address. Ask Julie to make it happen.
