Kelli Hess is a Central Ohio real estate professional with over fifteen years of experience in sales, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and client service. As a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts and minors in English and Studio Art, Kelli is proud to call Columbus home and brings a unique combination of communication, creativity, marketing strategy, and attention to detail to her work.

She has also maintained a Property & Casualty insurance license for more than a decade and grew up in a multigenerational family of entrepreneurs in the insurance industry. That background gave her an early understanding of property, risk, and the importance of looking beyond a transaction to protect a client’s best interests—a perspective she now brings to her work in real estate.

Kelli’s move into real estate also brings together something she has always genuinely loved: homes. From renovating her own home to landscaping, photography, and interior design, she is passionate about creating spaces that feel personal, beautiful, and welcoming. She believes a home is much more than a transaction—it’s the backdrop for everyday life.

Outside of real estate, Kelli has spent more than a decade studying and teaching yoga, meditation, cycling, and fitness and remains passionate about wellness, gardening, art, and exploring Central Ohio. She lives in the Columbus area with her husband, son, and golden retriever and loves discovering the neighborhoods, parks, homes, businesses, and communities that make Central Ohio such a special place to call home.
