With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Meloney Allsopp has built a career centered on leadership, integrity, education, and exceptional client service. Beginning her real estate career in property management in 1999, she earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designations before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2018.

Meloney specializes in representing buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and real estate investors throughout Hampton Roads. As a Virginia Housing First-Time Homebuyer Education Qualified Trainer, she is passionate about educating clients and equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed real estate decisions. Known for building lasting relationships, Meloney believes real estate is about people first. She is recognized for fostering trust, leading with compassion, and providing personalized service with professionalism, honesty, and excellence.

Outside of real estate, Meloney is a dedicated entrepreneur, philanthropist, and leader. She is the Co-Owner of LEAP Therapeutic Services, a Virginia-based mental health practice focused on improving the emotional well-being of individuals and families. The Co-Founder and CEO of Positioned For Purpose Global Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting orphaned and underserved children through global outreach. Through the foundation initiatives in Kenya, Africa, she helps provide essential resources, educational support, and sustainable partnerships. She is actively involved in church leadership and community engagement, believing that service is one of life’s greatest callings. When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Meloney enjoys traveling, serving others, spending quality time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and creating opportunities to make a meaningful difference both locally and around the world.
