Anna brings a uniquely well rounded background to real estate, combining legal expertise, project management experience, and a strong foundation in investment and property management. She earned her degree in Sociology from Fordham University and went to attend law school at the University of San Diego. Anna practiced law in California and also holds a NY law license, giving her clients the advantage of working with an agent who understands contracts, negotiations, and regulatory processes at a high level. Anna has a genuine passion for real estate, design, and creating spaces that feel like home. She loves helping people navigate important life transitions and takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Before transitioning fully into real estate sales, Anna built an impressive career as a real estate site acquisition specialist and project manager for major telecommunications carriers such as AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. In these roles, she managed complex pre-construction processes from start to finish handling all the leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental compliance, solving title issues, and vendor coordination. This experience translates seamlessly into real estate sales where attention to detail, problem-solving, and navigating complex transactions are critical to success. In addition to her professional background, Anna has hands-on experience as a real estate investor and property manager, giving her valuable insight into both the financial and practical sides of homeownership and investment properties. Originally from Ukraine, Anna is fluent in Russian and has lived in NY, FL, CA, VA, and MD before choosing to settle in Fort Wayne. She and her family were drawn to its affordability, strong sense of community, and exceptional quality of life for families. Outside of real estate, Anna enjoys traveling. Before having kids, she and her husband travelled the country full-time in their RV with their 5 dogs. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, parks and cafes and spending time with her family and friends. Today, she is a proud mom to two energetic and joyful girls who keep life busy and exciting.
