About Me:
Hello! We’d love to introduce ourselves – we’re Julianne Holt and Mike Duncan, a daughter-father real estate team with a shared passion for helping clients and serving our community.
Julianne Holt
Julianne has been licensed for 12 years, with 9 of those years dedicated to Nevada real estate. She also holds a property management permit, managing several homes for friends and clients.
As a mom of 2, with one on the way, Julianne knows how to balance family, work, and community involvement. She’s actively contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Ethics Committee and as a peer mediator. Her dedication extends to Fernley, where she’s a committed member of the Rotary Club and recently joined the city’s Planning Commission.
In her free time, Julianne enjoys playing trivia, reading true crime, creating art, and spending time with friends and family at concerts, bowling, and board game nights.
Mike Duncan
Mike, current a licensed assistant, brings a wealth of experience to the team. Before he retired from real estate over 12 years ago, Mike owned and operated his own company, Triad Realtors, in 29 Palms, CA. He even had Julianne as his assistant back then!
Mike was honored as Realtor of the Year and served as president of his local real estate board. He has a strong commitment to volunteerism, with past roles in the Elk’s Club and as chairman of the Planning Commission in 29 Palms, California. A proud Navy veteran, Mike served for 20 years.
Today, Mike enjoys life with his wife, two grown daughters, grandvhidren, and a lively puppy. He and his wife love traveling and often take road trips in their RV. Mike is also an avid reader, a rock concert enthusiast, and a beer connoisseur, and in his younger days, he was a softball all-star.
