She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of San Diego, where she was also a former All-WCC setter and competed at the professional level in both indoor and beach volleyball. Her career later led her to Stanford University, where she served as Head Sports Performance Coach, working with multiple national championship teams and training over 100 Division I athletes across nine NCAA sports, including 10 Olympians.

Jessica's background in elite athletics, leadership, and business ownership has shaped her into a highly organized, analytical, and client-focused professional. She thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and advocates relentlessly for her clients. Jessica resides in Hayden Lake, Idaho with her husband, Andrew, and their two children.
