I am originally from New York, and I am a first generation American with roots from Italy, where hard work, discipline, and integrity were core values in my upbringing. I built CENTURY 21 Marciano from the ground up in New York and have been fortunate to help customers navigate more than one billion dollars in real estate sales over the past 31 years. I am a licensed broker in both New York and Connecticut, and I have spent my career working across every side of the business, as a broker, investor, builder, and advisor.

With a background in civil engineering, I bring a practical understanding of how properties are designed, built, and evaluated. I started in real estate from scratch, earning trust one relationship at a time, and that foundation continues to shape how I work today.

Outside of real estate, I am a family man first. I have been married for 29 years and am proud to have three children. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, swimming, and spending long days at the beach. I currently live in a condo in Highland Beach, where I appreciate the coastal lifestyle while continuing to do what I love, helping people build, invest, and make confident real estate decisions.
