As an IU alum with a Master's degree from SPEA and a former three-year IU staff member, Mason's commitment to this community is both personal and purposeful.

His diverse background spans organic farming, landscape design, catering, bartending, and youth leadership—roles that shaped his high-touch service approach and attention to detail. Combined with his professional experience leading teams, securing major funding, and working in political advocacy, Mason enters real estate with a strategic mind and a genuine passion for serving people. With a Master's degree in Public Affairs & Environmental Science, he brings a unique blend of analytical insight and relational strength to every transaction.
