Justin Houser was born and raised in Leland, North Carolina, just a short trip over the bridge from the Century 21 office where he practices Real Estate today. He has worked in construction, mechanical, and service jobs throughout his life, which has given him keen insight into what future and current homeowners want and need. He specializes in local residential property and is ready to help the members and soon-to-be members of his community at a moment's notice.




Before starting his career in Real Estate, Justin built up a strong background as a residential HVAC mechanic and Licensed notary public. Both of these jobs have given him a deep understanding of the type of care and precision people expect when their home and livelihood are involved. He has skillfully notarized hundreds of documents without a single unhappy customer and continues to maintain his license.




Justin began his college years in 2020, was dually enrolled at Cape Fear Community College, earning his place on the Dean's list every year he was enrolled and eventually became a member of the Honors program. He transferred to Brunswick Community College in 2022 and graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. His academic successes reflect the determination and skill he displays when working with his clients to make their dreams come to fruition.
