Matt Hughes is a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate and Director of Operations & Deal Execution for Core Two Group, a real estate advisory platform focused on complex residential property decisions across Central Ohio.

Matt supports execution, analysis support, and transaction operations across investor, distressed, and complex property scenarios. His work centers on deal flow support, due diligence coordination, contract-to-close execution, and operational structure—ensuring transactions are managed with clarity, responsiveness, and discipline.

He brings a strong background in territory management, operational execution, and consultative sales from his career in industrial and B2B markets, where he managed multi-million-dollar territories and complex account portfolios, earning a reputation for strengthening systems, improving outcomes, and delivering consistent results in competitive environments.

Matt also brings an owner-operator perspective shaped by personal real estate experience, including multiple personal purchases and sales, long-term holds, and distressed property transactions—giving him first hand insight into how deals work beyond theory. He is a member of the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, MLS Now, Licking County Board of REALTORS, Ohio Assoc. of REALTORS, and the National Assoc. of REALTORS. He also volunteers with United Way, Food Pantry Network of Licking County, and Licking Valley’s Panther Pantry.

Matt lives in Central Ohio with his wife, Angie, and their two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, hunting, fishing, and time with family. He values preparation, integrity, and long-term relationships.
