Gagan is a licensed Realtor with Century 21 in both Georgia and Massachusetts, with New Jersey licensure coming soon. He is widely regarded as one of the top Century 21 agents in the state and consistently leverages the full strength of the Century 21 brand to deliver strategic guidance, strong negotiation, and smooth closings for his clients.

A significant portion of Gagan’s practice involves working with physicians, surgeons, and other medical professionals. He understands the unique needs of healthcare clients: including demanding schedules, confidentiality, and relocation logistics, through both professional experience and personal insight, as his wife is a pediatric surgeon. This perspective allows him to provide thoughtful, efficient, and highly tailored service.

Outside of real estate, Gagan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hiking, playing tennis, reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is deeply committed to serving his community and believes in building lasting relationships both professionally and personally.

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Gagan is a graduate of Mercer University. He currently lives in the West End with his wife and puppy (Cupcake).
