My name is Eduardo Avilez, and I’m the founder of EA Realty. I’ve been licensed since 2014 and have spent over a decade helping people make confident real estate decisions throughout Seattle, King County, and Snohomish County.

I bring deep local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine commitment to my clients into every transaction. My approach is simple: listen first, communicate clearly, and always put your best interests first.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and a proud dad. My wife is a Neonatologist at UW Hospital and Seattle Children’s Hospital, and we’re raising two boys who love books and soccer. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it shapes the way I care for the families I serve.

Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to better serve a diverse community and make sure every client feels understood and supported throughout the process.

Because of my family’s connection to medicine, I’ve had the opportunity to help many doctors and medical professionals relocate to the Seattle area. I understand the challenges of moving for a medical career, from tight schedules to finding the right location near hospitals, and I work to make that process efficient and stress-free.
