Hi! My name is Samuel Vogl. I come from a big family and I have one myself. I have 7 kids all under the age of ten. I love being a father and a husband. Family is my main priority. Getting together, eating good food, and playing good board games is a perfect way to spend an evening.
I have ten years of experience in construction. It is a passion of mine that I enjoy quite a bit. Ultimately it is what led me here to real estate. I seek to be an advocate for buyers and sellers to get the best home at the best price. Understanding the landscape of construction gives me a unique perspective that allows me to bridge the gap between builders and buyers. Also having done many remodels I know the challenges one would face when buying fixer uppers and if the potential risks could outweigh the costs.
On top of that I enjoy working with my hands. The construction industry gave me plenty of opportunities to improve a wide array of skills. Before construction it was cars and the automotive industry. I love working on cars. I went to school at UVU and completed their automotive program. I love using my hands to build or fix things.
