I am Pearl Cottrell born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee. I have always been obsessed with real estate and houses. I've known since childhood that I wanted to pursue real estate at some point in my life. This was affirmed in high school when I was caught during choir class circling favored listings and writing notes in the margins of the monthly real estate listings book when I was supposed to be studying my music.
