Josh was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. After enlisting in the Marine Corps in June of 2001, Josh embarked on his journey to bootcamp that same year. After being stationed on the west coast, Josh received orders for Camp Lejeune in 2004 and has called North Carolina home ever since. After retiring as a First Sergeant from the Marine Corps in 2023, Josh desired to extend his service to the community and service members in the vicinity. To achieve this, he made the decision to pursue a career as a Realtor, working alongside his wife Katie. With his extensive knowledge and experience in military PCS moves, as well as his expertise in the local market, he is well-equipped to assist families in finding their ideal home. Josh places great importance on his strong work ethic, as well as his aptitude for actively listening and understanding the needs of his clients.
