As a Recruiter, I’ve had the privilege of assisting thousands of individuals in finding homes within Fortune 500 companies like Boeing and Amazon. In my role as a Program Manager, I’ve designed programs that prioritize people and help them feel comfortable where they are. My approach has always been centered around putting people first—listening, understanding their aspirations, and helping them bring their needs to life.
