Karen got her real estate license in 2015 and has been a realtor since. She has always loved anything to do with homes and making people happy with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Karen is organized, punctual, friendly and understanding. These qualities make her great at what she does!

Karen was born and raised in the Bass Lake area and has been serving the foothills and Central Valley for a number of years. She recently married the love of her life, "The Ace", Ed McCulloch, dragster and funny car racer; they currently live at Brighton Crest in Friant, California. Karen has four wonderful grown boys and ten grandchildren! She still loves the lake life and being close to family.


In her free time she loves spending time with her family and good friends BBQing! Her hobbies include decorating, shopping, golf, walking and going to the gym. A fun fact about Karen is that one of her sons won an Emmy Award for working on the famous Netflix series "Stranger Things" and she got to attend! She can also be found as Karen Demeusy.
