My name is Jeffrey Hoerth and I have been a Realtor with CENTURY 21 for over 10 years, with an Associate Broker License in Maine, a Salesperson License in New Hampshire and a recently acquired Salesperson License in California. Prior to joining CENTURY 21, I owned and operated a small business in Massachusetts for over 35 years. More recently, I have been involved in the banking industry, employed as an Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer at a small regional commercial bank in Massachusetts and as a Mortgage Originator at Partner’s Bank (formerly SIS Bank) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. As such, I have an extensive understanding of the lending side of the real estate industry. Having resided in South Berwick for over 20 years, I have been active in town and school affairs, volunteering frequently at the local schools, as well as serving on several town and school athletic booster committees. With my two children now attending college in California (and having spent an enormous amount of time traveling between coasts!), I’ve fallen in love with the San Luis Obispo area, and have decided it’s time to make a change! I am eagerly looking forward to working for the Century21 Hometown Agency, and with and for the prospective buyers and sellers of this beautiful town and area.
