I have been a licensed real estate professional for over 31 years! I obtained my license in 1986 in Santa Maria, California, and began my career with Coldwell Banker Los Padres Realty. I later obtained my California Real Estate Broker's license and continued to practice in Santa Maria until 1995. I took a brief espite from real estate but remained licensed and in 2002 came to beautiful Oakhurst, California in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountain foothills. Since 2002 I have worked as a realtor with Coldwel Banker Premier in Oakhurst. I specialize in the sale of residential real estate,vacant land, horse property and I especially like working with first time buyers, but feel comfortable in all phases of real estate sales.
