Katherine Davila is a Latina immigrant who aims to make real estate simple, relatable, and accessible to everyone. Her parents bought their first piece of real estate in 2020 when Katherine and her family relocated from the Bronx to Rockland County in the middle of the pandemic. She learned from this experience that customers who are starting their path of purchasing or selling real estate are frequently perplexed by the procedures and may feel as though no one can help them with their questions. Katherine's goal is to inform her clients and walk them through every step of the real estate transaction process. Her experience as a social worker has given her the opportunity to hone her advocacy abilities, ensuring that her clients receive the best care possible.
