Kristie grew up in a Military family, moving around until they eventually settled in Stafford, VA. She graduated from Mountain View High School in Stafford and went on to attend VCU in Richmond, receiving a degree in Business Marketing. Her passion for real estate began when her mom started working in real estate when she was younger-she loved traveling with her mom to meet new clients and show homes. Prior to joining C21 Redwood, Kristie spent the previous seven years working for a local home builder in Central Florida, selling a wide range of homes in different price points including townhomes and single family homes. She has assisted all types of buyers including first time and move up homebuyers, empty nesters, and investors. In addition to working in new construction sales, she also had the opportunity to gain experience helping in their design center, construction, and permitting department giving her a wealth of knowledge about the new construction industry. She has since relocated from Central FL to Fairfax, VA which has allowed her to fall in love with yet another area in Virginia. Kristie is excited to join C21 Redwood to share her passion for real estate and helping others with their real estate needs. In her spare time, Kristie loves spending time with her husband, two German Shepherds, and will soon have a baby girl to join them later this year!
