Margaret Szewczyk is a Springfield Area agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from years of experience as a human resource professional, Margaret has built a reputation on her servant leadership and personable customer experience focus. Moving to Springfield in 1999 and having family in the Springfield area for over 60 years, and the Ozarks for over 100 years, Margaret calls the Ozarks home. She has widespread knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Springfield area.



Margaret obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Plymouth State University. Most recently, Margaret spent 9 years in the New England area serving as part of the executive global leadership teams for high-growth, performance-driven manufacturers. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new home and to help sellers achieve maximum results in the sale of their home.



When Margaret isn’t helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys singing, flower gardening, and giving back to the community in community outreach activities.
