My name is Randy and I have been working in the real estate business for 30+ years. The last 15 of those years have been working as a licensed realtor in Santa Cruz County. Utilizing all the knowledge I have gained in my years, I now teach the practice of real estate so that other agents can gain their continuing education credits for re-licensing. I also teach the real estate license testing class to prepare people to obtain their license.
