Welcome home! My name is Chris Houser. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia in Fauquier County and have seen first-hand the area’s rapid growth and westward expansion in the past 30 years. Being a resident of the Warrenton area all of my life, I’ve witnessed the particularly amazing evolution of the Real Estate market in this region. In today's ever changing market it takes real experience and expertise to help guide you through the maze that is today's real estate environment. I have another full time job as a public school teacher and have more interest in helping clients get everything they want in a new home than my own self interests. I take real estate with the mindset that everything "will come when it comes" and want to build positive client relationships first and foremost. In other words, my priority is YOU, not me.
