Jim is a 35 year resident of Nevada County whose family moved here in 1968 when he was 8 years old. He attended school at Mt. St. Mary's and graduated from Nevada Union in 1978. At the age of 30 he opened Camper Connection, a successful truck accessories store that is still in operation today. When the business was sold in 1995, Jim began developing and building the 49'er Family Fun Park. A beautiful addition and attraction to Nevada County, the park opened in 1998 and has been enjoyed by thousands of tourists and residents alike. Jim left the park in 2001 to pursue a career in real estate. Now, currently working for Century 21 Davis Realty, Jim can use his knowledge of local real estate trends and business expertise to give his clients the professional and personal care they deserve. A successful businessman and developer, Jim now hopes to add Realtor to his list of accomplishments. "I can't think of a more perfect area to live and raise a family," Jim says. As a now single father of two teenagers and one college sophomore, he can speak from experience.
