Joel is the Principal Broker at Century 21 J. Carter & Company. Joel is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors and Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He has earned several designations and certifications through the National Association of Realtors. His designations include: Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. His certifications include: Military Relocation Professional and Senior Real Estate Professional. Joel received his education from the University of Southern Mississippi and the Real Estate Training Institute.
Joel works with both buyers and sellers of all facets of real estate. He provides real estate services in the following areas: Residential, Commercial, Land, Relocation, Investment, Vacation Homes and Farms. Joel puts his client's needs way beyond his own. His clients become his friends and no one is simply a paycheck to him. Joel is an awarded Top Producer by the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors in both Commercial and Residential real estate.

Joel also serves the State of Mississippi as a member of the State Senate. He represents the 49th District which is composed of various areas of Harrison County. Joel serves in Jackson, MS during the first three months of the year and remains active in real estate.
