My name is William “Will” Phillips, and I am a dedicated real estate professional with Century 21 J.W. Morton. I take pride in building meaningful relationships with my clients, guided by a strong foundation in family values that has shaped both my personal and professional life.

Before transitioning into real estate, I proudly served over 24 years in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief on airlift aircraft ultimately acquiring my airframe and powerplant license. Throughout my military career, I embraced the core values of integrity, service before self, and excellence in all I do—principles that continue to define my work ethic today.

Following my military service, I pursued new challenges outside my comfort zone by earning a 50-ton U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License. I had the opportunity to work locally, guiding visitors on memorable experiences in the waters of Kings Bay and the Crystal River area.

With a deep connection to the community I call home, I chose a career in real estate as a way to give back and continue serving others. My goal is to provide clients with trustworthy guidance, exceptional service, and a commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
