My husband, Gary, and I are long time residents of Grand Island, where I have gained vast knowledge of our local housing and commercial property markets. I earned my Master’s Degree from Bellevue University in Public Administration and Business. Together, we are the owners of Weinrich Developments Inc, which specialize in building and remodeling rental properties, as well as custom handicap accessibility projects across the state of Nebraska. In addition, we are co-owners of Paramount Development LLC, where we specialize in building high end luxury apartments and commercial space rentals in the downtown area.
