I first discovered Salida in 2007 on a road trip with my wife and our dog. We camped just outside of town, and I instantly knew this was where I wanted to be. Like so many others, I was drawn to the beauty, the lifestyle, and the sense of community here. Today, I’m grateful to call Salida home—and I love helping others do the same.

 

After moving from Summit County, I quickly got involved in the community and found a real sense of belonging. In addition to being a full-time real estate agent with First Colorado, I work with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to support local entrepreneurs. Before real estate, I owned and operated several successful businesses along the Front Range, so helping others launch and grow their ventures is something I truly enjoy.

 

My degree in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, along with my upbringing on a small family farm, gives me a strong connection to rural properties and a deep respect for land and agricultural communities.

 

I’ve worked closely with local ranchers and landowners and understand the unique needs of buyers and sellers in this space.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside—skiing in the winter, biking, trail running, hiking, or camping in the summer, and spending time on the Arkansas River.
