Richard Edison brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, finance, and business leadership to his work as a real estate broker. He approaches every transaction from an investor’s perspective, helping clients identify opportunities, evaluate risk, analyze returns, and make informed investment decisions.

As Founding Partner of Next Frontier Real Estate Holdings and Broker/Owner of Next Frontier Realty, Richard has extensive experience acquiring, developing, repositioning, and operating commercial and investment properties, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and entitlement through development, operations, and disposition.

Richard’s investment expertise extends beyond real estate. He founded and led one of the largest proprietary trading firms, managing a 140+ person organization, and later served as a Managing Director with Bear Stearns and Gruntal & Co., where he led investment and asset-management divisions.

He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, including commanding more than 120personnel. That experience instilled the discipline, leadership, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure that he brings to complex real estate transactions.

Richard holds Florida and Texas Real Estate Broker licenses and combines institutional investment expertise with hands-on real estate experience to help clients identify better opportunities, mitigate risk, and maximize the potential of their real estate investments.
