Ms. Rachel Lloyd is a native of Gainesville, Florida. Ms. Lloyd is a Military veteran and a retired correctional officer with the State of Florida. She retired from the Department of Corrections as a Sergeant.

In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Ms. Lloyd is a Licensed Community Association Manager and tenured Property Manager where she professionally manages several Homeowners Associations throughout North and North Central Florida as well as an array of real estate investment properties and has successfully managed multi-family and manufactured home communities throughout Florida.
