As a Realtor® and member of the National Association of Realtors®, I feel that all Americans that wish to enjoy the freedom of owning their own home, business, or real estate investment property should be given the opportunity to make their dream a reality. Buying a property of any kind is a big investment which involves both emotions and risks. With the proper steps and guidance, risk is minimized and a clear path to property ownership, whether a home, business or investment can be realized. My interest started out with my pre-adult years working in a family owned hardware store and getting to know building materials and tools. I watched as my father, a professional home builder, bought and sold property as well as stick built and pre-fabricated homes. Building homes gave me a sense of satisfaction knowing that a family would soon be living there. After high school, I attended Purdue University and finished my degree at Phoenix University where I met my wife. We purchased a vacation home here in the upstate a few years ago and absolutely fell in love with the area prompting us to sell our previous home and relocate to “where the mountains begin”. We enjoy hiking and most other outdoor activities and get out as often as we can. I believe in a healthy work-life balance and a solid faith based life. My family, including my wife, parents, children and grandchildren are the biggest reason I want to help others to also achieve their goals.
