Pat Flanagan, MBA brings a diverse background in business ownership, real estate, and market analysis to his clients. Growing up in a military family, Pat spent his early years traveling across the United States from Air Force base to Air Force base before his family eventually settled in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where he was raised.

Pat earned his Bachelor's degree in Business from Western Carolina University and later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina. After finishing his education, Pat and his wife relocated to the Raleigh area, where he began building a career centered around entrepreneurship and real estate.

During his time in Raleigh, Pat owned, operated, bought, and sold multiple businesses and properties, gaining hands-on experience across several industries including manufacturing, restaurant operations, B2B services, and retail. Through these ventures, he developed a strong understanding of business valuation, site selection, market analysis, and investment strategy.

Today, Pat leverages his business background and real-world experience to help clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities. His expertise in location analysis, property valuation, and investment strategy allows him to guide clients in making informed real estate decisions.

Pat further expanded his professional credentials by becoming an Owner and licensed Realtor®/Broker and is proudly affiliated with Century 21, one of the most recognized real estate brands in the world.
