Over the past five years, I've served as Director of Agent Development, coaching and mentoring real estate professionals while helping them grow their businesses through training, technology, and strategy. That experience has strengthened my passion for serving others, and I'm excited to bring that knowledge back into a sales role where I can work alongside clients and agents every step of the way.
