Melinda “Mindy” Poist is a R ealtor who’s proud to call the Miami Valley home. Over the years, she has developed a keen interest in the real estate profession , and has watched Dayton and surrounding communities grow and thrive. She’s committed to helping clients find quality homes in neighborhoods that are best suited to their lifestyles, whether they’re young professionals looking for an eclectic urban enclave, a young family seeking to locate near schools and youth activities, or those wanting a quiet abode in the countryside.
Mindy moved to the area in 2001 to serve out her final assignment at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She retired as a U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant in 2003 and qualified for the Troops to Teachers Program earning her master’s degree as an intervention specialist. Today she is a licensed special education teacher and board-certified behavior analyst working with special needs children in Fairborn, OH.
After living, working and teaching for more than two decades, Mindy looks forward to sharing her extensive knowledge of the Dayton area and helping clients find a home and community they will treasure.
